The United Church of Earth teaches a simple set of principles, outlined below. We encourage our followers to live life in accordance with these principles, because when you do, life ends up being a pretty beautiful experience.
- Do Unto Others As You Would Have Others Do Unto You
- Do Good. Be Good. Have Fun.
- Live. Love. Be Happy.
Principle One: The Golden Rule
The first principle of the United Church of Earth is to live in accordance with the Golden Rule, which states, "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."
Principle Two: Live Positively
The second principle of the United Church of Earth is to live positively. Do good, and make a positive difference in people's lives wherever you can. Be good, choosing positive thoughts and actions that reflect love, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, and charity. And have fun. Life is too short to not appreciate every moment that can be appreciated.
Principle Three: Simply Be
The third principle of the United Church of Earth is to simply be. Accept that yesterday already happened, tomorrow is yet to be written, and the moment you exist in right now is a blessing and a gift of immeasurable value that may never come again. In other words, embrace this moment! Live, love, and be happy.
